Community Mental Health Center
Located in Middletown Rhode Island near Easton and Second Beach, NCCMHC has been serving the mental healt! h communities in Jamestown, Little Compton, Portsmouth, Middletown, Newport and Tiverton for over 40 years. Our staff includes psychiatrists, nurses, socials workers, case managers, psychologists, mental health counselors, substance abuse specialists, rehabilitation counselors, and supportive personnel who provide comprehensive, professional mental health services both individually and as a team.
Position Summary: Provides comprehensive case management services, coordinates with other providers and assists clients in accessing community resources. Supports integrated mental health and physical health services to clients. Assists client to engage with agency and access services.

Job Requirements Two years experience in Human Services preferred. Valid driver's license required.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in the social sciences field (i.e. social work, psychology, human services) preferred.!
