Description: Landmark Medical Center is looking of Nurse Manager-Emergency Department right now, this position will be placed in Rhode Island. Landmark Medical Center is an acute care community hospital offering a full range of services including emergency, cardiac cath, diagnostic, medical, surgical, ! psychiatric, and obstetric care, and the Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island, is the state’s only free-standing acute rehabilitation hospital. Both hospitals are located in northern RI, just 20 minutes north of Providence and approximately 50 minutes south of Boston.
Landmark is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department. Qualified candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Master’s preferred. RN with RI licensure and 3-5 years of Emergency Department experience. Position maintains 24 hour accountability for the delivery of cost effective quality patient care. Responsible for establishing and maintaining standards of care and practice to provide positive patient outcomes. Responsible for the supervision of all nursing care, ensuring staff competence and evaluating the effectiveness of processes/systems which support both patient care and staff performance.
