Description: Community Care Alliance is employing Registered Nurse- Behavioral Health Link Crisis Center right now, this position will be ordered in Rhode Island. Detailed specification about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Community Care Alliance, and Horizon Health Partner’s, is looking for full time RN’s to work it’s newly developed 24/7 Behavioral Health Link Crisis Center in Pawtucket, RI. Fu ll time is only 3 twelve hour shifts (36 hours) per week for full benefit package. Duties of this position include: providing behavioral health crisis assessments; medication assessment and administration; detoxification and medical assessment; health promotion education to clients admitted to the program; and mobile outreach services. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working within a behavioral health, hospital or emergency setting.
