• Required - RI Certified Assisted Living Administrator
• Successful track record in managing all levels of care in Senior Living with a minimum of 2-3 years experience.
• Assisted Living experience required.
• Continuing Care Retirement Community experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing experience a plus!
• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer's & Dementia residents a plus!
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
• Work history that supports ability to hire, direct and manage associates.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR will oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing while ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services. The Executive Director will implement approaches and services! to maintain or enhance resident independence and resident sat! isfaction. The ideal candidate will also participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.
