RN-Radiology RWMC

Location: Providence Rhode Island

Description: CharterCARE Health Partners is at the momment seeking for RN-Radiology RWMC right now, this job will be placed in Rhode Island. Summary: The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care for a defined group of patients according to the hospital’s philoso! phy of patient care and standards of professional nursing practice. The registered nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for judgment and actions, maintains clinical competency and exercises informed judgment in delegating nursing care to others. The Registered Nurse promotes patient, family and staff learning. Education: Current Rhode Island license.

BLS/ACLS certification required. Critical Care experience preferred. Experience: One year critical care experience preferred. Working Conditions, Physical Environment and/or Safety Requirements : Must possess sound dexterity and visual acuity.

Requires mental alertness, stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and in emergency situations. Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and reach without restrictions. Ability to lift between 25 and 50 pounds using good body mechanics. Must be able to push heavy equipment, gurneys, and wheelchairs.

May be exposed to all patient care elements within the! hospital setting. Risk of needle punctures. Must meet annual ! safety training requirements per hospital policy. Some risk of electrical, mechanical and chemical hazards.
