Ideal candidate will have
- Current RI Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Progressive leadership experience
- Thorough understanding of regulatory process, MDS and care planning process
- Knowledge of documentation requirements and driven by quality care standards
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility
will provide planning, developing, implementing and directing services to the Skilled Nursing department. Emerald Bay has a 30 bed skilled unit which is all private pay. The ideal candidate will determine staffing needs of the nursing service department and conduct daily rounds to observe residents and to determine if nursing needs are being met. The position is combination of Director/Administrative duties and does have a charge nurse. Must be fl! exible to adjust shift to evenings & nights as required to per! form education & evaluation of associates and cover call outs & PTO(Paid Time Off).
