Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, coordinate all aspects of the person-cente! red, recovery-oriented co-occurring adult partial hospital/intensive outpatient program (PHP/IOP). The Manager will oversee operations, administer and develop services based on program planning, monitoring, assessment and evaluation of client and community needs. Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field. Independent license in this field preferred or Master’s Degree in Nursing.
Experience: Minimum of five years clinical experience in co-occurring disorders. Minimum of two years managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare field. Knowledge of managed care setting required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: R.I.
LICSW Licensure and L.C.D.P. (Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional) and RCS (Recognized Clinical Supervisor) or M.S.N. (Master’s Degree in Nursing) and R.I. R.N.
licensure and ANA certification in Adult Psychiatric Nursing.
