Location: Newport Rhode Island

VISITING NURSE SERVICES of Newport & Bristol Counties DIRECTOR OF PROVIDER RELATIONS: Part time 32 hours per week. Responsible for the analysis, development and implementation of a marketing plan for all agency service lines with a focus on home health and hospice. Responsible for oversight of the agency intake department, the generation of referral activity to the agency and maintaining strong business and referral relationships in the community. MS in Healthcare Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in a healthcare organization. HOSPICE CHAPLAIN: Per diem. Coordinates and provides spiritual care to patients families which is consistent with the Hospice philosophy and is in keeping with the personal beliefs of the individual. The Chaplain works in collaboration with the patient s stated preference for religious or spiritual support.

Must be recognized as a clergy person of one of the major faiths. Experience in pastoral counseling or related field required. SCHEDULER: Per diem position scheduling home care patient/staff visits. Exp in medical office practice or similar setting essential; excellent public relations skills needed.
