Full-time position available. Provides complete assessment and physical therapy to individuals accepted for admission to the Visiting Nurse Association of Southeastern! Connecticut therapeutic home care program. Current license in Connecticut as physical therapist. Bachelor of Science Degree in physical therapy from an accredited school and at least one year clinical experience in physical therapy. CPR certification. Satisfactory work references. Must have own vehicle, current driver s license and auto insurance.
