Summary: Provide skilled nursing services in the home environment as directed! in the plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse and Physician. The Plan of Care approved by the physician. Education: Graduate of an accredited R.N. school of nursing. Current licensure in the States of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Experience: One to two years of Medical Surgical nursing in an acute care facility. Prefer one to two years of community health experience in a certified home health care agency.
