We are currently recruiting for a Nurse Manager for our Women and Newborn Care Unit (WNCU) where we run an LDRP model, supporting patients through all aspects of women’s health: labor/delivery, post partum, lactation and medical surgical needs.
Responsibilities include development, implementation, and accountability for operational plans, goals and budgets; employment decisions and performance management (hiring, coaching, performance appraisals & corrective action, as needed) as well as departmental staffing.
