Location: Warwick Rhode Island

Description: Sodexo is currently seeking to employ Clinical Dietitian 1, Part Time right now, this position will be placed in Rhode Island. Sodexo is seeking a part time, 20 hour/week Clinical Dietitian to come join their dynamic team at Kent Hospital. This 359 bed hospital is a member of the Care New Englan! d Health System.
Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the ideal candidate will:
Be a Registered Dietitian and licensed in RI.
Be a Relief Dietitian, providing nutritional care to patients on a variety of floors & units.
Work a schedule of 2 days one week and 3 days the next week plus every 6 th weekend.
Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
Have experience with EMR and the nutrition care process.

Position Summary:
Provides basic nutrition assessments and care planning for patients/residents. Plans special diets and supervises their preparation. Instructs patients/residents and/or hospital personnel in basic principles of n! utrition and modifications of normal diet. Performs routine ca! re responsibilities without training and direction.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 1 years work experience in health care including
hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term
care, retirement homes, or clinics, m eets eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian.

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
